Less than Adequat - Bad on Support, March 31, 2009

"As far as the grill goes, it does a great job if the outside temperature is over 80 Degrees and there is no wind, Otherwise, forget about getting the grill over 300. Too much air flow and the metal is way too thin.
This year I noticed that a couple of my burners needed replacement so I got out my owner’s manual and found that the burners had a life time warranty. I called Nexgrill and gave them my Model and Serial Number and they started to get my shipping information. Then they asked if I had a receipt. I explained to them that I received this grill as a gift and I doubt my friend kept it. After waiting about 5 minutes the representative got back on the line and told me that they could not warranty this item because I could not produce a receipt. I tried to explain to the representative again that this was a gift and I doubt that anyone could produce a receipt for a grill that was over 3 years old. Once again was told no receipt, no warranty on the burners. Needless to say, I gave them a piece of my mind, whatever that is worth.
Went to Walmat and found the replacement burners. I then sold the grill on Craigslist (Cheap) . Farwell to NexGrill - Never Again."
