Soft Paws Claw Covers So HOWT! MEOW!, December 21, 2008

"I adopted Kiya (a one eye flame point rag doll) with a fondness to practice his clawing on me! Not very rag doll ish! As declawing is MEAN I gave these a shot! I LOVE THEM!

Cheap Fix! Much more inexpensive than declawing!

Nicer to the animal! My poor Zoee will try to sharpen her non existant claws ( I adopted her that way, I would never do that to a cat) If you know anything about how it is done, you would never think about doing this to your cat. It is cutting thier finger tips off, like your tips with your nail in it! OUCH!! Let's see you open a can of soda withou your finger tip!

No more scratch marks on me, or my furnature, as long as I reaply. Yes these do fall off. Nails grow. But if you cut the nail right, before applying and purchase the right size cover, they stay on for 4-6 weeks! If one pops off, clip and glue on a new one!

Choices Choices! Colors galore! So many to choose from! Every season, holiday, you name it! I like to pick orange and red to accent the red in my flame points fur. If you are having problems choosing a color (my bigest problem!) they have guides for fur color to help you!

Now the bad! You do find them here and there when they fall off. Just sweep or suck them up with your vacume.

Kiya didn't know what to do when I put it on at first. He licked and licked for a day. Now he is used to them.

Have been using them for about 6 months, time to re order.

I only do the front paws.

My bigest problem, Zoee is jealous. I had to do her back paws too! Poor girl has no front claws to color! :(
