Babylon used to be a great tool but it's worsening,

"I have been a user of Babylon for several years, and while the features have remained more or less the same, the ease of use, stability, ease of installation of new dictionaries have generally decreased. Version 7 crashes continuously on every machine I have tried.
Also, they are really strict on licenses and if you make the mistake of installing on 2 machines they will immediately revoke your license."
