Horrible Customer Support for Mac,

"Too bad the lowest rating I can give is 1 star - that's being generous. To be direct - If you are a Mac user DO NOT BUY McAfee VirusScan for Mac.
Yep, you can only buy a 3 user license from the corporate site. It is not available as Home/Home Office product. The only browser their website recognizes is Internet Explorer (and of course their hasn't been a Mac version since IE5). Without IE the product would not download. Online Chat support does not work (same browser issue).
When you call, you get their support center in India. After an hour dealing with the support center and having to call multiple different number my experience basically boils down to this quote, "I'm sorry sir, I don't no anything about Macs. Perhaps you could call back?" HUH?
After that gem of an experience I asked for a refund. Guess what, another bad customer support experience. First they denied my request saying that more than 30 days had passed since I purchased the product (when actually it was only 8 days). I had to SEND THEM a copy of THEIR INVOICE to prove I was requesting the refund within the 30 day window. After I got them to understand how to use a calendar I was informed by email that they do not provide refunds to corporate accounts. REALLY? ATTENTION Corporate Account holders ...!
Another call to a different call center (Philippines?) finally resulted in a email indicating they were processing my refund. It only took 2 weeks to get this far, I can only hope...."
