"Bought product at Best buy 4months ago. Product never worked properly. After 4 months of trial and error it completely failed. Microsoft basically said too bad so sad. They would not do anything for me. Best Buy was more sympathetic but could not do anything because it was past their 30 day return policy. Would not buy it. Its overpriced and comes with poor customer support service!"
