"Cheap junk! The good news is that it has pretty even heat. The bad news is that the construction is very cheap. After a few days of use the "stainless steel" grates started rusting. After 3 months the rust got so bad I called Char-Broil for a warranty claim. They claimed it was surface rust and ws not covered under warranty. The best part was that the manager even said they wouldn't eat off the rusty grates. Basically, when the rust rusts all the way through they will consider replacing it. This should not rust this soon. Plus, the 2 left burner controls have melted some. This means when the grill gets hot you can't turn the burners off.
I followed the directions for maintaining the grates. Cleaned them and clean them properly. Clearly this grill is cheaply made and Char-broil does not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING MONEY."
