Bad software Negligent manufacturer, January 26, 2009

"I read a review from another buyer, at amazon, she was describing the frustration she went through after purchasing this product: no software in the box, exchanged to another box with a very old and useless version of software, had inadequate response from manufacturer... And she was absolutely right! I went through the same thing. The manufacturer is not helpful at all. They just don't care. When after much frustration I got the software to work, I was even more frustrated, because this software is not good at all. It makes for outdated layouts, bad color combination as background, it just seems to be a 10 year old software, I should have judged by the packaging...bad, outdated packaging, just like the software...It does not end here: pages come off the book, even when you allow for the "cooling period" . And when you add this to the disregard the manufacturer shows by us consumers...Clear warning bells: JUST DON'T BUY this product, spare yourself the frustration, order your photo albums online, you much better off!"
