The worst airline,

"Ryaniar is the worst airline I have ever flown with. The customer service is non-existant, the staff are rude and unhelpful. The food on the plane is very poor quality and at exorbitant prices. If you are flying with a family, the terms of the child/infant tickets are not clearly explained on the site. We made a mistake and were forced to pay twice at the airport. We were told that we either have to pay or stay on the ground and when you travel with kids you don't have an option. When we complained, they told us next time to fly BA!!! Which is what we will do
We will not recomment to anyone with kids to travel with Ryanair!"
