5 and Diner,

"The 5 and Diner for Phoenix is nothing to write home about if comparing to other diners located in different parts of the country. For Phoenix its the only type of diner in town so one can't compare it against any others unless you consider mom/pop restaurants. They are not considered diners. 5 and Diner wouldnt even be considered on diners, drive-ins, and dives because it is very bland in every aspect. Portions are cheap but not the price. People want quality, quantity and a reasonable price. Take a page out of diners from the midwest and the east in particular New Jersey where they are the diner capital of the world. Competition, Yes, but true Q,Q & Price."
