Detailing is not very detailed!, July 21, 2009

"We bought a used convertible and brought it to the detailing center. The inside leather was dirty and grimy. We paid over $180 for the full interior and exterior package. At first it looked good when we picked it up, although we had to point out a few things that didn't get done. The engine was cleaned very well, and the tires looked great. But after a few days we were going to drive it and noticed the back inside window was not even cleaned, as well as the back storage area and trunk were not vacumned. The door jams had dried soap scum and the mirrors and side of the front window were smeary. After we cleaned these areas ourselves the rags we used were black. NOT a very good detailing job if you ask me and for that much money we felt very disappointed."
