Rude,

"I have heard great things about the food at Dino, but I experienced a rude staff. When I called the manager/owner to give my feedback (not asking for anything), he was very offensive and rather rude himself. I am a big foodie and have never before gone out of my way to write a complaint, but I am so upset, mostly after my phone call with him, that I encourage people to not go to Dino. A simple, 'thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry for your experience' would have worked...but he was out of line and it just shows that if you were not happy he does not care. This is a complete deal breaker for me and for my friends. People should not support an owner that feels it is his was, or you're wrong."
