The War was not what I expected..., February 7, 2009

"The campaign was thrilling, exciting, and difficult if you played under the appropriate difficulty. Everything was amazing until the game ended. I would have given this game 5 stars if it would have ended in a manner that didn't leave me disappointed. I would have much rather fought a really difficult boss then simply sit in a helicopter fooling around with the hammer of dawn. The gameplay is amazing and the multiplayer is even better. The only problem I find with the multiplayer is all the glitches and host errors that hopefully will be corrected in the near future. If the host quits out of the game, then the game gets disconnected and all that time spent playing is wasted because nothing you did during the game counts towards your stats. Also there is an large population of players that "lag" the game so they can basically be invisible and kill a whole team without even being seen. The multiplayer problems are all player related. This makes the ranking system very frustrating because in order to rank up you need to defeat teams of higher ranking players. This becomes nearly impossible when players of higher rank are quiting out and cheating to hold their rank. A few problems have already been solved. Currently if you quit out of a game you automatically get a loss, so hopefully this will prevent players from leaving the game if they are losing. There are still a bunch of flaws, but I am sure they will be solved in the upcoming months.

Overall this is an amazing game that is definitely worth buying!"
