"I find it difficult to understand the complaint of the previous reviewer. Surely if you book two flights under one name you have to understand that you will have to pay for your mistake, it happened to me with Air Canada on two occasions actually, paid the fine and moved on.
In the last 12 months I have flown about 50 times with Aegean and my only complaint is that I have qualified for Gold Status on their Miles and Bonus programme but have yet to receive my Gold Card.
The flights are always on time, or even early, the air hostesses are extremely helpful and goodlooking and do not even mind my poor command of the Greek language (granted, their English is not the best either, but would you travel with BA if you spoke no English???).
Word of warning though, do not ever book a flight on the route ATH-BRU from Aegean, book it through Brussels Airlines - you will most likely fly with Aegean (which means excellent food, service, brand new aircraft) but pay half the price only as this is a code-share route (look for the funny looking asterisk on the Brussels Airlines website indicating that the flight is operated by Aegean).
Also, the Miles and Bonus department never answers to customer emails (possibly they do answer to the ones sent in Greek) so just call them and be prepared to dust off your Greek or to speak English very slowly and with as few difficult words as possible to ensure that you are understood."
