miss in parts,

"received inside approach as gift and not all the parts are in the box and none of the three dvd work. Took the dvd to best buy and same message on their equipment as mine disc is dirty. Cleaned with their equipment still dirty.
I just need an address or a phone# that work to get what i need to us my gift. The # listed in instruction booklet does not work nor does e mail address. would really appreciate some help.
