"I used to love e-shakti. The clothes are beautifully finished, very well crafted but about 1/3 of the clothes I bought did not fit properly (some were way to big and I got the custom fit), and delivery took 5 weeks! When I sent in a complaint about delivery time and the fact that some of the shirts were too big, I got a canned reply which did not reflect at all what the issues were. Their customer service is really, really bad."
