Great for getting out odors,

"I was recently asked to complete an afghan project left behind by the deceased wife of a family friend. Because the lady was sick for a long time before she passed the afghan had been stored in the basement for over a year. Between general basement mustiness and the cats the afghan was rather pungent. I used the floral Soak on the afghan and it worked great! I was a bit concerned when I first took it out of the water as it felt a bit stiff like when all the soap doesn't get washed out of laundry. However, once the afghan dried the smell and the stiffness was gone. I had no problem with color fading but this was standard Red Heart acrylic yarn that can stand up to just about anything."
