"Everyone will be a patient at sometime and being armed with information is your best defense. This book not only speaks to the system but how you can engage it with step by step actions. It reinforces that every person must be a participant in their own healthcare.
To reinforce that you have better outcomes if you learn to communicate by asking the right questions.
A must read before you or someone you know becomes a patient.
