Spin to stay thin, January 1, 2009
By dlynch2

"This article was right on the mark. it is a great way to stay in shape so your ready to roll when riding season starts. I teach Spin at the Y and I have many bike riders that use Spinning to keep the 'feeling' for the bike going all winter long but they also are cross train by Snow shoeing, cross country sking and weight lifting. Mix it up and keep it exciting. Keep in mind that the more you put into the training the more you get out of it and the less weight your pick up during the winter.
Have fun and I'll see you on the road.
Spin Dan"
