"Twin Liqours trying to compete with Specs, opened their market place sized store finally. Unfortunately it's in a poor and hard to access location and their notion of price discount compared to Specs is limited to their twice annual sales. Do they make up for it with great service and intergrity, no, not really. Recently bought a bottle of Silver Oak Cab that was corked and gaggable (as part of a large purchase of more expensive wines), the manager at the Hancock store refused to stand behind it. One of his many excuses was, they couldnt' stand behind a wine that had been purchased more than 14 days ago. It had been twenty two days. Gee I guess everone who collects wine at the higher end had better open it up to see if it's trash immediately. If your buying cellared collectible wines, that's not a reassuring merchant to do business with. That's the last time I fight I35 traffic to drive out of my way to shop with them."
