Shrimp & Sausage Jambayala,

"excellent formula, made slight change, as I did not want a hot product, omitted cayanne and hot sauce, also omitted chicken as I wanted only Shrimp and sausage, used 1 lb. of Garlic Polish sausage and added 1 tsp. Cumin, product came out very well and was liked by everyone.
Was contacted by a mfg. company to see if I would produce this product for them."
