"I'm not sure what happened, I thought that I had followed it exactly as it was written. It turned out nothing like the picture, it was brown in color. The texture was nothing like fudge, it was more like a carmel. I cooked to 240 degrees and let it cool to room temp. Not happy with this one at all."
