"I have the BEST ginger snap recipe that calls for crystallized ginger so I keep a ginger root in the freezer and whip out this recipe in just the amount I need whenever my kids want ginger snaps.
*The reason there is not a specific time in the oven is because everyone will make different sized slices so you have to watch it until it is where it needs to be!!"
