"These bars are awesome. I baked them for a group and everyone loved them. I followed the recipe as written, except I didn't wait for the cheesecake to cool completely before adding the ganache on top: I put it in the fridge while mixing the chocolate layer, smoothed the chocolate on the warm cheesecake, and chilled the entire thing overnight. Worked like a charm. Also, my marmalade didn't really spread, so I ended up swirling it through the cheesecake. Next time I'll just mix it in with all the other ingredients.
Definitely chill overnight, and when you cut the squares, dunk the knife in hot water and wipe it off every time you make a cut. This'll give you nice, clean edges."
