Very good soup once I tweaked it a little,

"This is a very good soup once I tweaked it a little. Instead of using a Dutch oven I used a stock pot to keep the veggies away from the turkey once I was ready to chop the meat up. I also added 4 pods of garlic with the onion and celery so that the meat would pick up a little flavor from all ingredients. I also started with 4 quarts of water and 2 quarts of low sodium chicken broth."
