Best Low Fat Sheperd's Pie,

"By far the best low fat version of a Shepherd's Pie I've ever made and there have been many. Being a Brit myself I grew up on this dish but something was always 'off' when trying to reduce the overall fat/calorie content. I made this tonight and it was wonderful - my husband loves it - he said it was just as good as my usual high calorie/high fat version. Definately a keeper !"
