"This was a really good recipe- (that's coming from a Thai person). I added 1.5 cups of Chinese chives, used palm sugar instead of brown sugar (a Thai product) , and added one red chile pepper for some spice. It came out so good, better than some restaurants and I even think it came out better than my mom's. I would definitely make this again."
