Great recipe, but...,

"Um...how much water am I supposed to add? I was standing over my saucepan with all ingredients availabe, but when the directions said to add the sugar w/ the water I realized there was nothing specified in the ingredients list. I'll have to wing it, but PLEASE specify!!!"
