"This is a wonderful dish. I'd have never thought to add noodles with sourkraut! It's a delicious and easy casserole. I did make a substitution because I did not have any soup on hand and did not want to wait to make it. I added a couple of tablespoons of flour and enough milk to make about what would be in a can of soup and cooked it like a white sauce, it worked just great. I'll be making this again. I'm also going to try your homemade polish sausage too."
