Reminds me of Italy,

"I just got back from one week in Tuscany, Italy and the thing I miss the most is their delicious gelato (ice cream). So I found and tried this recipe tonight, and it brought me straight back! I would recommend adding the lemon juice to taste because the sourness of lemons may vary.
A great serving tip is to add finely chopped fresh basil and/or mint leaves before freezing, it adds greatly to both taste and presentation!"
