Great Recipe, easy to follow,

"This was my first time making daifuku, and they turned out really good, except...I didn't have the glutinous rice flour so I just used regular rice flour. It wasn't stretchy, so I need to buy the correct mochi flour for my next go at this. Even so, the flavor was great! They are sweet, but not too sweet. Just right! This recipe was very easy to follow. I served this after my homemade sushi meal. I will definitely make these again."
