"This is a great recipe to have on hand for friends with gluten sensitivity. I'm not gluten-sensitive myself, but I thought this recipe is every bit as good as gingerbread made the traditional way. The Guide says that it might be too ginger-y for some people, but I love ginger and I thought it was delicious."
