Excellent and easy!,

"I made this dish for a "Luau" theme potluck at work, and needless to say, I've made it multiple times after per request! It is easy, and so full of flavor. I usually soak the meat overnite. In addition, I also add more garlic (we're garlic fiends). It's easy and delicious, a favorite of family and friends. I highly recommend this dish for all occasions."
