Cornbread Pareve,

"I made this recipe twice. The cornbread that I baked does not look like the cornbread featured with the recipe given. It's not bad for pareve cornbread; however, it could have been better. The temperature for baking was better at 400F degrees as opposed to 350F degrees. Baking breads and muffins usually require a higher degree of heat, more than 350F degrees for sure. So I was somewhat disappointed. Also, perhaps Mocha Mix might have been a better choice over Soy Milk. I'll try baking them one more time to see if I can improve on the texture. The taste is pretty good. Canned sweet corn would have been a nice addition and perhaps jalepenos to give it a kick."
