"Awesome! My daughter's father is Peruvian. His family's cooking is great & I could never begin to attempt to cook like them....until I found recipes like this one! My daughter loved it as well as my husband (who is Mexican). I'm glad that I can learn to cook the food from my daughter's heritage. Thanks!!"
