Easy, old fashioned Millionaire's Fudge, December 22, 2007

"Not too hard to make & can make without a candy thermometer if you are an experienced cook. Just use the soft ball test by dropping a small amount into cool water. It's sweet but not overly sweet, chocolate but not overly chocolate nor bitter. My Mother used to make this back in the 1950's and it was called Millionaire's Fudge back then. Stays soft but not crumbly. Substituting small marshmallows instead of the marshmallow cream is a little more work for the cook. Enjoy!"
