G-F Pizza Dough That Actually Works,

"My husband missed pizza the most when he began eating gluten free. We have experimented with frozen gluten free pizza bases and pizzas, and various gluten-free mixes. Either the texture wasn't quite right or it didn't taste very nice.
This dough recipe was easy to make, had a good texture and tasted great. I tend to use a blend of sorghum flour, rice flour and tapioca flour rather than the stronger-tasting bean flours, which are present in many g-f mixes."
