Simple classic is best!,

"We all play riffs on roast chicken. Mine is to squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon into the cavity of the bird and to leave the squeezed lemon inside for extra flavor, plus a chopped carrot, bayleaf and small onion. Paprika, is indeed, a must because it gives such an appetising golden brown colour to the roast chicken. I'd be interested in hearing other variations...."
