THE BEST FOR LENT, March 9, 2008

"Parents made this on St.Joseph Day March 19. We used canned fennel & sardines with ragu sauce. Cheese is a no no in Italy on fish. We used toasted bread crumbs with sugar on top. Its the most tasteful spagetti you can have with the raisins, pine nuts, & fennel. The breadcrumbs on top give it a diffrent flavor than our normal red sauce. Sauce is made from scratch. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!"
