Great recipe, easy cleanup, January 9, 2008

"This was a great recipe, very filling, and the bonus is, it's not horrible for you!

I dont know anyone that can cook chicken in 20 minutes in the oven. Or maybe my chicken breasts are huge. I had to cook maybe 35-40 minutes.

Also, don't make the same mistake as me and use dry beans - they didn't cook all the way - use beans from the can and just make sure to rinse them well in water.

I also added crushed red pepper.

I can't wait to sub in Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa for regular salsa!"
