love this recipe!,

"These caramels are really yummy and I have made them many times with rave review from family and friends. I think now that I have mastered this recipe I will try some of the other caramel recipes on this site.
One thing... I do not use alluminum foil as I have a hard time with it sticking. I heavily butter my pan before pouring in the caramels and have found that this works very well."
