"All I want to add to this is...do not substitute dough with pie crust. It totally ruins the flavor of the ingredients inside and is way to flaky. I am disappointed because I tried making empanadas using the pie crust and it ruined the flavor. Please take the extra time to make the dough, it will be worth it! Empanadas should not fall apart when you take a bite, with the pie crust it does."
