Great Garlicky Grilled Fish!, April 23, 2009

"I used a couple of fresh halibut fillets for this recipe and it turned out great. I oiled the grill first so didn't have a problem with it sticking. Used 6 large cloves of garlic which was just perfect. When heating up the sauce, i added about a Tbsp. sherry. As the recipe suggests, i tried serving the fish and sauce with new baby potatoes, and it was simply "yummy" (my wife's word)."
