One of the Best Sauces/Dressings on Earth,

"Tarator sauce is the quintessential Middle Eastern flavor--the one you love, the one that goes with everything. I am happy to find the correct proportions. I've always made this by guesswork--adding water, lemon juice, etc. until the texture and flavor was right. Now I know the formula. Bravo!"
