"I made them for a cousin for Valentine's day who is going thru chemo for breast cancer. We had them once in Vegas at the old Palace Court in Caesar's Palace and she always loved them. A friend wants to make them for her mom, also a cancer patient, but she is diabetic and wants to know if there is a sugar substitute recipe."
