yummy - just one modification to recipe suggested!,

"This was declious. Really spicy aromatic, and very easy to make - but, when you serve it up to guests in has the appearance (and taste) of something that involved a lot of effort!
Just one modification I would suggest to the recipe. No point including cornflour in the prawn marinade - it just goes "gungy" around the prawns. Also, cornflour doesn't have much of a flavour so why use it as a marinade??? I made the recipe excluding the cornflour a second time and it worked much better."
