Great family recipe,

"I made this recipe for my family and they absolutely loved it. We are not a fan of garlic, though, and there is quite a bit in this recipe. The first time I made it we were all overpowered by the amount of garlic, but the second time I eliminated it completely and it still was a big hit. I include it in my meal rotation and my family is always very excited when it's chicken satay night!"
