Excellent and quick to make!,

"I made this recipe for the first time and, even though I did not have all the ingredients (no lemon grass or fish sauce), it tasted wonderful. I substituted ground mustard seeds for mustard and used a very small amount of fresh lime rind in place of lemon grass. It was quick and easy to make. I will definitely make it again!"
