"This recipe is fantastic! The sweetness is well balanced with the slight bitterness of the tea which mixes well with the taste of the eggs. Minimalism at its best.
Also, I can suggest keeping the cake in the fridge over night after backing. After that the tea is better dissolved in the cake and the taste is much stronger. Serving warm is is still fine, but you loose the taste of tea."
