juicy & super flavorful,

"Not having had a dried herb mix, I sprinkled in dried parsley and oregano flakes and a pink of salt. I also don't eat eggs, so I substituted in buttermilk to bind the cornflakes. It came out super moist and delicious. I'd like to try this with a tangier twist so next time, I think I'll add in lemon pepper or lemon zest."
