"Just wanted to say that I very much appreciate the history and culture lessons that are intertwined with every recipe on this site. It makes it unique and interesting for those who wish to learn or preserve Italian heritage. I look forward to every installment!
The cutlets were light and tasty. It was fast and easy to prepare and did not heat up the kitchen. With a salad, it was perfect for our hot, humid, Connecticut summers."
